Fair Use License & Music Permission
Grant of rights:
This fair use license grants You, the Streamer and/or Content Creator (Twitch, YouTube, etc.), a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use my music as background music and/or entertainment for your streams and videos.
Restrictions:
All ownership and copyright of the music remain my property, as the licensed music is not being sold, but provided to the Streamer / Content Creator for fair use under this agreement.
You may notย alter, record over, or remix the music for commercial use without additionalย permission; as this will be a violation of my copyrights.
Songs/remixes created for non-commercial use are an exception, as this falls under the creative commons & fair use license.
